K-Cup Recycle Program
The K-Cup Recycling Program converts brewed K-Cup portion packs into new, useable alternatives.
The Recovered K-Cup portion packs are sent to the Keurig disposal partner where they are separated into two parts: the grounds and everything else.
To participate in the K-Cup Recycling Program a Recovery Bin can be purchased for collection of used K-Cups. Each bin is made from 75% recycled plastic.
Each Recovery Bin Includes:
- pre-affixed UPS return label
- pre-affixed bag for collecting K-Cups
- zip tie to close bag for shipping
- welcome card and sticker for brewer

Loaner Program Terms and Conditions
* Maintenance Agreement - Complete Office products will install, maintain and repair all equipment in accordance with the product specifications during the term of this agreement at no additional charge.
* Free Replacement Program: If equipment cannot be repaired, Complete Office will replace at no charge with a model of equal or better features and specifications.
* The term of this agreement is for a period of one year, automatically renewed annually for one -year periods, unless cancelled by either party in writing with thirty days notice, or lessee stops buying coffee from lessor at any time during this agreement.
* Title and rights to all equipment shall remain with Complete Office at all times during the term of this agreement.
* All products used in Complete Office coffee equipment must be purchased from Complete Office.
* To maintain a zero dollar lease, lessee must purchase a minimum of 150 K-Cups for a Keurig B1500 monthly, 250 K-Cups for a Keurig K2500 monthly and 700 K-Cups for a Keurig K3500 monthly.
* The Keurig Loaner program is only available to customers of Complete Office within Washington and Oregon.
* The customer will not hold Complete Office responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by the equipment except when it is solely attributable to negligence by Complete Office or its employees. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages such as property damage, misuse, and abuse and does not cover incidental costs and expenses resulting from any breach of this warranty.
